Muhammad has enjoyed a classical management career with fortune 500 companies, such as, IBM and American Management Systems (AMS). He has a proven track record of streamlining solution design and delivery through most effective methodologies and best practices. His experience includes program management of large contracts; reengineering of business and technology processes; design and testing of internal controls for finance and technology processes; and implementation of Operational Support Systems (OSS) for telecommunication carriers. He holds an MBA (MIS) degree from the University of Denver. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Siebel Consultant.

Dennis Keating - Executive Consultant

Dennis has over 30 years of experience in financial and accounting consulting. Prior to joining QMT, he worked as the Deputy Director of IT for the White House (Executive Office of the President), as a Senior Principal at American Management Systems, and as a Senior Manager in Arthur Andersen's consulting division (now Accenture). Most recently he has led the planning and execution of the Sarbanes Oxley compliance program for the financial processes of a major travel industry client. He earned his bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Michigan, specializing in Accounting and Information systems.

Kevin Whalen , CISA - Executive Consultant

Kevin has over 30 years of experience in a variety of IT disciplines, including strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and control assessment.  Prior to working for QMT, he worked as a Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen, as a Regional Manager for Daughtery Systems, and as a Principal for 361 Consulting. His knowledge of IT processes makes him uniquely qualified to assist in SOX 404 efforts, particularly those that include development and implementation of SOX-compliant policies and procedures.  His experience includes large project and program management of object oriented software development projects as well as packaged software product development, sales and support.  Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ferris State University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Charlie Jones, CISA - Senior Consultant

Charlie has 30 years of experience in the creation, maintenance, support and auditing of Information Technology systems. Prior to joining QMT, Charlie worked as a principal consultant at American Management Systems (AMS) where he supported complex technology projects. He has considerable experience with corporate governance including designing, implementing and auditing of IT internal controls. Most recently Charlie has been working in a project management role to plan and execute the Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance program for the general IT computing controls of a major travel industry client. Charlie earned his degree in Business Administration in Information Systems from the Colorado State University. Charlie also recently earned Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA.

Herb Goede, CISA - Senior Consultant

Herb has over eighteen years of information technology and consulting experience in positions ranging from Financial Application Development Manager for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. to Senior Consultant and Principal with American Management Systems (AMS). Prior to joining QMT Solutions in 2004, he accumulated over twelve years of business and IT consulting experience in the telecommunications industry with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and AMS. Herb's client list includes numerous multinational and Fortune 500 companies such as Verio Communications, British Telecom and Cendant. His specializations are in object oriented analysis and design (OOA&D), business process re-engineering (BPR) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Herb has an MS degree in Finance, and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Dick Hess - Senior Consultant

Dick has twenty years of consulting experience, spanning the entire Systems Development Life Cycle. He has expertise in government financial management and reporting, business process design, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and management strategy. His industry experience includes telecommunications, healthcare, travel, and federal and state government. Dick has worked extensively on client sites, communicating regularly with stakeholders from end-users to C-level executives. Prior to joining QMT, Dick was a principal at American Management Systems, and Account Manager at Optimum Management Systems. Dick has an MBA from the University of Denver.
