Muhammad has enjoyed a successful management career with fortune 500 companies, such as, IBM and American Management Systems (AMS). He has a proven track record of design and delivery of streamlined solutions using the most effective methodologies and best practices. His experience includes program management of large contracts; reengineering of business and technology processes; design and testing of internal controls for finance and technology processes; and implementation of Operational Support Systems (OSS) for telecommunication carriers. He holds an MBA (MIS) degree from the University of Denver. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Siebel Consultant.

Dennis has over 30 years of experience in financial and accounting consulting. Prior to joining QMT, he worked as the Deputy Director of IT for the White House (Executive Office of the President), as a Senior Principal at American Management Systems, and as a Senior Manager in Arthur Andersen's consulting division (now Accenture). His prior experience includes development and implementation of accounting and financial system solutions in multiple industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, consumer goods, mining, and government at the federal state and local levels. Most recently he has led the planning and execution of the Sarbanes Oxley compliance program for the financial processes of a major travel industry client. He earned his Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Michigan, specializing in Accounting and Information systems.

Kevin has over 30 years of experience in a variety of IT disciplines, including strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and controls assessment. Prior to working for QMT, he worked as a Senior Manager for Arthur Andersen, as a Regional Manager for Daughtery Systems, and as a Principal for 361 Consulting. His knowledge of IT processes makes him uniquely qualified to assist in SOX 404 efforts, particularly those that include development and implementation of SOX-compliant policies and procedures. His experience includes large project and program management of object oriented software development projects as well as packaged software product development, sales and support. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ferris State University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Kerrie has over 20 years of experience in IT in various areas, including security, training, vendor management and assessment, audit and audit design, policy design, disaster recovery plan creation,  interconnectivity testing, and process improvement.  Kerrie holds the following certifications: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT), ITIL Foundations, CoBit and Six Sigma Green Belt.   Her industry experience includes telecommunications, banking/financial, and healthcare.  Kerrie has lead and participated in assessments in the following compliance/legislative areas: SOX 404, HIPAA, PCI, FFIEC, GLBA, and NCUA.  Kerrie received her undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota and a MS with honors in Communications from Colorado State University

Shazad has over 25 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies like Cendant, Qwest and Diners Club. His experience spans various industry sectors including oil and gas, hospitality, travel, telecommunication, credit card, insurance, manufacturing, distribution, leasing, and government compliance. Most recently, working in a project management role, Shazad planned and executed corporate-wide Business and IT SOX compliance effort for a travel company across multiple Business Units. This effort included risk assessment, scope development, process documentation, controls adequacy evaluation, design and implementation, operating effectiveness testing and remediation. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting  from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania and an MBA in Management. He is Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
